Error spawning 'vcspawn.exe'. The build could not be performed.

머냐 Windows FLP 설치하고 VS6+SP6 얹어서 컴파일했는데 첨보는 오류
"Error spawning 'vcspawn.exe'. The build could not be performed."

Device Manager에서 [View] > [Show hidden devices] 선택 후, "Non-Plug and Play devices"트리 아래에 "Null" 이란 장치가 있어야 한다는데 안보인다. Windows XP에는 있던데-_-
"%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\null.sys"도 없다.
FLP라서 그런가.. 이거 설치 방법도 모르겠네@@
